About us CASA offers a very unique volunteer opportunity for those who want to make a difference in the life of an abused or neglected child. CASA volunteers serve as fact-finders for the judges, ensuring that each child's best interest is represented. For many abused children, their CASA volunteer is the one reliable adult presence in their lives throughout the time that they are in State protective custody.
